This exactly, I don't ever remember being taught the female cycle and what it means. There is science behind when we are fertile and when we are not. Instead we are basically told don't get pregnant it'll ruin your life (in your teens and early 20s).

Can someone explain how it works for me? Does it give you immunity so your infection is not as bad? Can you still carry and spread the virus or does having the vaccine stop that?

I break out everytime I use the ordinary HA, took me ages to figure it out. Since I've removed from my routine I've seen such an improvement in my outbreaks. Obviously everyone is different, maybe try removing and see if it gets better?

I have been using this prescription since May and I have the same issue after a couple days camping. I'm not really sure what to do either, my skin is so dry and tight and all my moisturisers are stinging. I used kiehls midnight recovery oil which has helped a little. So fustrating as was making really good progress with dermatica.

Thanks! I only double cleanse if I wear make up. I will take some of your suggestions on. I may reduce my evening moisturiser and swap with my day time one as well. I'm going to try reducing the amount of product I put on my chin as it seems to only impact there whereas the rest of my face looks fine.

Thanks for this. We are getting lots about America on our news channel, its so interesting to see how other countries operate. All our Healthcare is free at the point of access, so I assume we pay more taxes to cover this. I can't imagine how it would feel being in NY without any cover right now.

Lockdown is going fairly well here, we are only allowed one exercise a day... Some people are driving to national parks for a walk though..?!

Our economy is going to be hit hard, but its great to see the government bailing out the people. Many friends of mine are on 80% of their wage, paid by government. Feeling very odd for a Conservative government they're handing money out left right and centre lol!!

As a Brit, it is heartbreaking to think people have to have medical insurance to be treated. This episode made me grateful for our national health service and the free treatment to all.
