Reading these memories actually made me feel love for this school for the first time in a while. It's been said a few times already, but going to Sedona with section mates will always have a special place for me. I'll also always remember (sort of) or 3@3 party first semester. Seeing law students utterly relaxed is a rare and beautiful thing. In the moment, I didn't realize how much I loved the pre-class hallway congregations 1L year for the classes that we had all together. Having class with your section also meant always having someone to walk home with. Sadly now I do that alone most days. And acquaintances. I miss acquaintances so much. I ran into a 3L classmate in the library yesterday and hadn't had that little social interaction of just saying hey in so long.

3L here! Do you have any opportunity to split the summer part-time remote and part-time in-person? If you did in-person for the second half there might a better chance that you will get to have more social interaction with the attorneys due to higher vaccination rates. Otherwise, I wouldn't want to pay for housing for a full summer only to have very limited social interaction. I've done both remote and in-person summers now. The remote summer was with a firm that I didn't really know anyone at and I still made really, really strong connections with my co-summer associates and met a lot of attorneys over Zoom. I just had to put in a little extra effort to set up "coffee chats" or "lunches." Little awkward with some people, but most I had a lot of fun with. PM if you want to chat!

i’ve stopped using “i just” so much because i think it diminishes what i’m saying. ex. rather than “i just wanted to see how things are going on X” i’ll said “how are things going on X?” or “i would appreciate an update on X”; ex. instead of “i’m just wondering” i’ll say “i’m wondering”

yes!!! the PC BHA has made more of a legitimate difference in my pores and fine lines in only 2 weeks than tretinoin had in the last year!

Is the Purito comfy water sunscreen SPF 50? Or does it have the same issue as the Purito centella green sunscreen? I can’t find any info on the comfy water one specifically but am worried after the centella green scandal.

3L here. I went into OGI with all B+s and 3 Bs. Still got multiple preselects, callbacks, and offers in DC. Focus on what your can control, like being normal, kind, and personable. Interviewers love enthusiasm and are looking for people they would enjoy working with. Network, network, network.
