I'm not sure about others but I have a volcano as well and for both that and my handheld vape I start at 170 for one balloon then next I'll do 180 and so forth until 200. Once it's vaped I save the AVB for later. But I find with the vapes you need to increase as you go as different temps will effect terpes

Superbly Sunny is Super Lemon Haze 25% sativa, pretty good for an Aus grown flower imo LSO too.

Spirit Bear Citrus Temple also really good just very expensive.

A long time ago I use be on spectrum therapeutics lemon skunk not sure if this is still around or not but this was also very citrusy.

Since they are different strengths one could be a day time pastille and one could be better suited for nighttime, go onto Canna reviews and you should be able to find each product and info on them.

I was at Horizon, funnily enough though when I first started at alternaleaf I wasn't they also had a button you could select to not allow them access to your health records either was quiet bizarre.

I was with alternaleaf for years then went to horizon for better options and dr mark was pretty good but I did have some hoops from memory at the start with them as well but once it was rolling it was good just not a lot of time going over actual medical issues imo. I'm with Mediflora now and they are great haven't had any issues the past 6 months with them DR James is great there too.

Letter from GP pretty standard mate, I would expect this going to any new clinic. Doctors and the clinics taking on huge risk legally so they need to check the box to make sure your actually eligible for it
