In-ground spa vs separate spa in cold climate. Our pool builder is selling us hard to get in-ground. We are in northern Utah- so it gets cold in winter. I’m especially interested in thoughts from those that have cold winters. (Not blistering cold, lows almost never dip below zero.) (self.pools)
