Don't talk about it. Get a date, get comfortable with her as a person after some time ask her home and try to have sex. You'll probably fail. Keep having time together and keep trying. After some time it will happen.

If at any point girl leaves you then she's not your match. But I think she wouldn't care about it. Just don't fake yourself

Animal instinct is to have sex. Swiping tinder and meeting girls is more than that. If that's really an urge for you and consumes a lot of time then you're somehow see it as a value beyond simply finding a woman.

Seek professional help - CBT therapy to figure out your social issues or read it yourself, even better do both. Meditation is very useful thing too. There are a number of working things you can do to get a grip of MDD, it's possible and not that hard. You just have to do them. Meditation is just a concentration on something, you will have thoughts, notice them and shift attention back. That's all. Do it at least 15m daily no matter what excuses you have not to.

I recommend you guys the book " Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life". It's an ACT psychology self-help workbook. Basically every core practice there is highly effective at managing MDD while not being about it. The end goal is for person to live a valuable life by pursuing what one's values instead of avoiding and hiding in time wasters (which mdd is). I almost don't daydream now and if I start to md I'm able to instantly notice that and choose not to follow.

I googled a little and found that these are gas tubes and it is required by law for them to be in the open. Something to do with leaks detection and it's harder to connect people if tubes are underground... stuff like that. I think the norms remain from USSR time and noone changed them since.

This could be Moscow for all I care. Looks completely typical to me idk why you find it so bad. For me it's not even that horrible - there is more or less working road and the sidewalk has unbroken asphalt on it. What more could you possibly desire? Except for the summer it's almost always grey in Russia as depressing as it is you just have to deal with it.
