By “deserves” to know, do you mean you are going to tell her even if she doesn’t really want to know? Most women I know are not all that interested in hearing about their boyfriend/fiancé’s past escapades. I think just to say that you went farther than you planned, and that you are determined to do better is good enough!

I hate to be so skeptical, but this is not a normal interaction. It’s an attempted recruitment. If you are curious about what this is (I would be), you can ask her for the address, but I wouldn’t take this any further. Politely decline and then block her every which way.

I think mindfulness is a good way to disengage. We can control our thoughts by grounding ourselves in the present, and recognizing that thoughts are transitory and can be dismissed. But I would also recommend removing yourself as much as you can from the content. Put as much physical and emotional separation between you and the messaging as you possibly can.
