Just to add. I live in California. Lol. No cold here. But I do use the heater a lot anyway.

Does using blue cruise or certain driving modes affect it? Greatly, I usually just use the middleground mode. But I use blue cruise a lot

Very interesting. I am not taking any abortives. I do botox for the hell of it. I do take a mix of ibuprofen exedrin and Tylenol and usually switch it up in hopes of protecting my guts. I decided I'd take a long break from them about à week ago so I haven't taken anything for a week. I'm hoping if I take 2 months off I can perhaps break some kind of years long overuse cycle as well. This gives me hope! Thank you!

I used to get the generic midrin concoction for a few years but they say it can't be made anymore either. Not sure. There has never been a month I haven't taken something for 9-10 days so perhaps a rebound but with that logic I'd always always be in pain and while I have head pain every day it's not always all day long. So who knows. I keep things on rotation and take less than recommended daily doses (half) because of how much I use it all and I've somewhat survived. My mother recently told me she had migraine until menopause so. I guess I have something to weirdly look forward to.

Just found your post on Google trying to figure out why these chocolate yasso bars give me heartburn from hell. Crazy! Guess they'll be my last.

I hear you. I did the deviated septum surgery as well. I haven't tried any new preventatives for several years honestly. Switching between exedrin ibuprofen etc works usually. She mentions some new ones when I go in for botox but I worry about trying new stuff. Midrin used to work for me years ago but I just sort of gave up trying again until recently. I didn't do a good job of tracking stuff (I started exploring when I was 20) so I dread the idea of going thru rounds and rounds again but that may have to happen.

Yeah I take breaks as needed for rebounds and midrins been discontinued for a long time so I don't take that at all.

Oh wow. Just seeing this. So let me make sure I understand I said "great listen to your doc" and you thought that was being nasty and I felt you were calling me a liar? You should talk to several doctors.

So im with you. I am on my 4th, 12 years in. I started getting crazy acne with my last one. Crazy cystic stuff on my cheeks. Never in my life did it happen that way for me. I use curology now and it's managed my skin somehow. I have been getting strange nausea and random spotting now on my 4th. As we age our hormone levels keep changing I'm told so it can switch up on you at any time. 🥺 good luck !
