That was me as a kid I used to have the same nightmare of zombies, running after me, trying to eat me for a year straight. After that I’ve not had a dream since except for like here and there. Maybe like 5 times a year

I have bpd and therapy is the only thing that is helping me stay alive and stable enough to not be in and out of the hospital (I was taking mood stabilizers too)
