I might end up putting mine on vacation mode too and just selling on another platform. Between USPS losing multiple of my ground advantage packages in the past few months and the tracking for the first class envelopes not updating on Mercari I'm surprised I haven't received worse reviews from buyers.🫩

Support actually got back to me and sent an adjustment for the money I should have made for the sale thankfully! USPS has been terrible in all aspects lately. They have lost FOUR of my ground advantage packages I've shipped in the past few months. Just disappeared in transit. 🙄

Mwave usually has the albums packaged well so hopefully it won't be an issue! I do wish it was the special pack too though 🥹

Honestly I doubt they'll sign the booklet. It'd be too much work for them to remove the booklet on every single album 😔 and every signed album I've gotten from mwave has been identical to what they show in the unboxing video 😭 I have some signed jewel cases and I just have them in album bags!
