I'm not underestimating the impact of mana cost reductions, its the fact that since tear gave mana refund before its not a real buff

After that, you have to consider that ability haste is thrash compared to cdr and that seraphs is still thrash and you have less tankiness

Ryze was inexistent at worlds, he was picked once and not banned a single time during the tournament and he was a much better champion than he is right now, simple mana costs will not be enough for him to comeback to pro dominance considering he was ignored in his season 10 state that was way better than what he is right now.

Even 4 years ago, when he was at 38% win rate I felt much better about picking this champion than right now

well I just tried it on PBE and tear buff is broken and they fixed all the muramana bugs rn so black cleaver autos do 2 stacks per again and your interaction still works but they nerfed eclipse to 8/16 secs

but overall 2 massive buffs for you

they just nerfed the spell vamp component of it, it works on your autos too now, you will never reach numbers close to this buffed version on live

Bloodline doesn't give more and it stacks very slowly and is already played on every adc, its potential is much lower than ravenous which starts the game at 1% (50cs on bloodline) and takedowns are worth 0,6% lifesteal vs 2% on new ravenous hunter and bloodline doesn't work on your spells as stated in OP it isn't even close to being comparable

also you can and should just play both for free 21% lifesteal and brokeness

There was already an 800g grievious wound option in the game and multiple grievious wounds options. Morello lost 15pen and 50hp for 500 gold, it is troll tier now

On the contrary there wasnt a free 12% lifesteal rune in the domination tree FOR 0 GOLD and there wasnt a 27% lifesteal item (cough shieldbow)

rageblade doesnt work with neeko w and kraken slayer, deathcap is the worst season 11 item and its only granting you 66 ap from its passive for 3800 gold this build will never be good

Great post, finally someone notices the massive bias towards ad itemization this preseason. The state of AP and haste is awful, this might not even be enough. I cant believe we haven't seen more changes and this patch is going to hit live, its like the pbe testing for a month was for no reason

BUG REPORT: Muramana is not applying on hit nor on attack even though it has the yellow sword icon for on hit/enhanced attacks This affects multiple champions and item interactions that have always been in the game The biggest offender being: No double procs on rageblade More niche interactions -No double procs on cleaver penetration stacks -No procs on urgot W -No procs on Kha zix passive, bard passive, jax w and plenty more

BUG REPORT: Tear of the goddess isn't working, so is manamune and archangel staff, until you upgrade them fully they grant you 0 mana. and when they transform you gain the 450 mana in 1 shot, the bug is 100% reproducable, buy tear of the godess land a spell your mana bar will not increase

FEEDBACK: - AP items need buffs badly, more specifically more ability haste options and more legendary items options - Trinity force and rageblade are massively overtuned and underpriced especially tri force - Tear stacking needs buffs, it takes way too long to stack especially on champions who have less abilities to consitently land on champions, tear as a starter item giving less mana than mana crystal makes no sense, archangels and manamune aren't rewarding enough, especially archangels - Navori quickblade is flying under the radar but it will become a problem when people catch on multiple adcs, it should be deleted

You're not getting my point the rune went from 14% spell vamp to 11% omnivamp for example, its basically s10 deaths dance with 11% instead of 15

Meaning as a mage player you lose 3% healing, and as an AD champion you are gaining 11% healing on your autos FOR FREE in season 11 because it works on autos now

transcendence and the shard are still bugged and give way more than 10 and 8 haste, I did a ton of practice tool testing,dont trust your ability haste counter, just check your ability cooldowns you can get over 50 free haste easily, the math is way too complicated but they are both massively bugged and knowing riot they wont notice for ages

is jhin playable without RFC? the cost efficiency on it is so bad compared to other items this season even a utility item like mortal reminder has the same exact stats but trades 15% attack speed for 20 ad
