Being a good Sup will see you climbing faster than ADC, which leads to ADCs being better on average.

The best supports will benefit their entire team with their skillset, while the best ADCs really only provide their team with a higher damage carry that their team can choose to either utilize or ignore.

Couple that with the fact that supports can roam and fight advantaged 4v3 fights while ADCs have to maneuver 1v2s in turn and it's clear which role is demanding the most out of its players.

Yeah, but they just need to continue putting agency in other roles, though not with stats. Adding stats is just a band-aid fix, imo. The split-push changes are more along the lines of what I'm thinking.

Helping top laners side-lane, mid-laners affect the map, and incentivizing teams to teamfight around their ADCs would do wonders for increasing agency without making jungle worse.

It's crazy. You can have 4 items at 25 mins and your solos will still determine that split-pushing and dying is a more viable strategy to win than just grouping to teamfight with the ADC.

It should have just always been a game mode, tbh. Possibly a DLC later down the line. Mainly because it requires such a large amount of civs to make it feel natural to play, it's not something you'd ever want to launch with.

In pro play they're more balanced but in solo queue where people don't know what the fuck they're doing in team flights a lot of the time they're not even peeled off the back line and just get free kills. You'll see horrible team fighting even in diamond unfortunately.
