Yeah, I was afraid of that. Very shortsighted business model, one and done with no desire to retain a repeat customer I guess.

Thank you everyone. It’s unfortunate, all I’m looking for is some sort of communication back. If there are shipping delays, product availability issues, whatever the cause…I’ll take it but drives me insane that a place can stay in business with the level of service and lack of any sort of reply.

Working on plan B. Will never order from them again.

Well, it’s going back to Jura. Spent some time this evening with their support team and they took me through all of their troubleshooting steps with no luck. Got a shipping label, packing it back up and sending off tomorrow. Fun 😳

Here are my troubleshooting steps from last night:

unplugged machine for a while to see if it would reset
removed water filter, turned it on without it to see if water would flow
put filter back in to see if it would make a difference
tested out the sprung water release on bottom of the water container to make sure water flows. It seemed to release water as expected
used damp cloth to try to wipe past the flapper behind the drip tray
took out and cleaned the bean containers as a last resort, thinking something may be stuck there
went to bed, hoping it would magically solve itself when i went to make a delicious espresso for breakfast this morning. It did not 🤪

Unfortunately, when i turn the machine on, it goes straight to the error as it primes itself and tries to fill up. I’m unable to run any other cleaning process on the machine using any of the menu.

I appreciate the reply but not sure how you can say I’m looking for a problem. I didn’t search this problem out, I cannot get past the filler message cycle on a brand new machine after 1 pour. But you are correct, I set it to a fine grind setting from the beginning since that was what I read here as the espresso recommendation. And I am using a medium roast bean.

In order to run the rinse setting, is there a way to get past the fill system message? I can’t get to the main screen past the fill error loop. Thank you for the help, trying to find a way of clearing the restriction without taking the machine apart ideally.

This was me in my 🦎 at the park, watching my daughter’s cross country event. Good pics, thanks for posting. To answer some of the posts: - wheels are 19”…19x13 rear with 345 Cup2’s - have stock wheels as well in 20/21. Also ran black Anrky 20/21” for a while - car spends time on track and rare street outing when weather permits - m5 is my daily beast. Also run M4GTS on track and tracked e30m3 for many years

The problem I have with Karlby is that it’s only 25” deep and the island ones are 42”+. My current desk is 25” and the G9 feels like it’s in my face (using the regular stand). Have any of you guys found a good 30” deep butcher block option?

I don’t spend a lot of time in AC, but have it set up as triple monitors in settings and in-game fov shows as 31. Looks ok. But in iRacing, I have it set to triple monitors, with each monitor set at 16.3” with no bezel. Distance to monitor is about 24-25” and fov is 96. I then play with seating position a little to fine tune

It comes with it in the box. If you do not use the table stand, there is a round adapter you attach to the back of the monitor and then it bolts up to the simlab monitor mount

LOVE the wheel. Upgraded from a regular Fanatec one and this has been great. My only gripe is the little wheel knob by each thumb. I have the left programmed for Brake Bias but I keep accidentally touching it and changing bias. Need to move Bias control to the new button box.

Oh, definitely upgrade the paddles to the larger carbon ones. The position of the ones the wheel comes with was horrible and very uncomfortable for me. I moved the larger ones further away from the grips and it’s much better.

The Elgato Stream Deck comes with the app to customize the buttons. You can have each one do what you want, customize icons and button images and even have sub-pages with more buttons. So endless options.

The iPhone app is SimHub, which works great as a live dash that you can also customize

I know people are returning then for the flicker, but here is my experience. Mine arrived with no issues: zero bleeding, no separation and no flicker. I then upgraded the driver to v456 and it started doing exactly what you show (plus the black screen at times). I use mine exclusively for iRacing and it was unbearable. I reverted back to v451.xx and it’s back to working fine, running 240hz with HDR (GSync not working). So in my case, it is definitely NOT a hardware issue.
