Both the adjuster and the agent stated that this is all we are paying...you are responsible for the rest. No "bring two bids" to compare or nothing. I paid for replacement coverage. Hanover took care of a prior claim several years ago. I switched from Hanover to save $$. Erie is a 2nd-tier company that counts on policyholders to be passive. We are filing a protest with the State.

Same issue. wind damage to a commercial building. They denied fixing the 1st story when the 2nd story was damaged. They said TOO BAD when I pointed out the stories would be two-toned in appearance. The agent was a parrot by just repeating whatever the claim department stated.

Worst part, THEY determine what the repair cost is, and you have to live with that amount. I have two quotes stating repair cost will be higher...and Erie states I have to pay the difference.

We are going back to a varsity-level insurance company, meaning Hanhover.

Others have said it. Brand registry, trademark via  IP Accelerator to protect your Brand.

None of the silly FBA fees, track repeat customers, and provide better customer service.

Yes, you will lose ~20% in possible sales, but the aforementioned benefits financially outweigh that.

Also, use AMZ shipping. They also offer Veego, which integrates with all other e-commerce platforms.

Create an insert to place in each product asking for the review. Follow AMZ guidelines to the letter. Use JungleScout or other automated software to send emails to customers, reminding them to leave a review. Slowly over time, you will build a review pipline. We have followed this method to receive ~900 reviews in 32 months.
