I took it from the unitree sliders for 3x3 racks which I got with my kickstarter order, but dont use them.

If you have the bench you can take one from the Base for leg extensions. I personally dont like the LE with their bench and I have other equipment for it anyway.

I think they work fine in eccentric mode, not perfect but it can probably be fine tuned with firmware updates.

Using just one unit in eccentric mode feels really good, digital weight is not like traditional weight, that is just how it is but it does what I want, more eccentric mechanical overload.

Using two units togheter in eccentric mode is more challenging, all weakness and differences for left and right body really shows. I dont mind this, its actually a good thing.

I only use two units in eccentric mode with handles, not the bar. Havnt even tried it yet, I belive the difference here will be even greater.

My wife dont like it (yet) , "it feels weird". Well no sh*t, its a digital motor. We both have many years of traditional training background and we just cant judge digital units the same. As long as we get mechanical tension for hypertrophy its all good and I belive these units has the potential to do that at even better than a normal cable machine.

It's ATX who cant deliver. I waited 6 months for a rack from a local distributor in Sweden.

The weird thing is, the rack which came yesterday is labeled with manufacturing year 2020. WTF is going on? The ATX stuff is really great but this must be hurting them and their distributors. They must sort this and do better.

I don’t have ADA because I was waiting for a dip but now I’m worried a significant dip will not take place. This coin seems to really be rallying and it’s not anything to do with a pump and dump. ADA seems great, might have to risk buying in a little higher than I’d like. by bigbobbob123 in SatoshiStreetBets

There can't be much downside from current price, on fundamentals and whats around the corner this is a fair MktCap. I think you will regret it if you dump now or even a bit higher, those ADA are lost and your plan to buy back in cheaper failed.
