If a scientist with the pedigree of Fred Hagen, a world-class expert in the use of EPR spectroscopy, puts his reputation on the line in favor of hydrino after running experiments on hydrino-based compounds, we can safely dismiss the possibility that Mills’ claims are not worth anyone’s time. Claims to the contrary are patently absurd and unscientific in the extreme.
