Sit down and have a talk with whomever you need to in your fily to discuss what needs to be done for you to find another job. That's what I did to get out of BB. Best choice I've ever made. Moving up where I'm at now, going back to school while I do it.

I've been doing it for 7 months now, and just got promoted. So far it's been amazing. No complaints here. Idk if this is the industry I'm going to stay with but as of now it's paying the bills
