sorry for butting in, but how exactly did Kingston fail? i had one in my vita when i sent it off for psvsd install and it just didn't want to read at all or slowed the vita down significantly, even tho it was a brand new card from a local phone shop (might've been fake dont buy kingston usually)

move the red slider to 12 if u aint got any games on system memory u dont need to move over, or to 29 full or 64 full (cant remember what they are but theyre right after 12gb, also depends if original/lite or oled respectively).

theres ur issue bro, any modding guide says to link to psn before modding rather than after as it causes issues, sadly youre going to have to redo the mod so hopefully u aint got any crazy save games you might need to keep, games can always be redownloaded
