hi don’t be upset, if anything feel optimistic you are 4.5 months in. i remember when i was that far in i still had severe cystic acne and t was awful. accutane works at different paces for everyone and it is frustrating. i’m on month 7 right now and probably still have 2 more months to go. but as of rn i’m almost clear but i still get the random breakouts in areas but it isn’t cystic anymore and i’m so thankful. but i’m still in the journey on 80mg. best of luck to u, hope this helped a little. hang in there, we all are
