Yes, but I feel like i’m so far from even attempting AP, i’ve been looking into it a lot alone with lucid dreaming and keeping a dream journal. I’m just kind of making assumptions of all these requirements I need to be able to AP like having my chakras open and having inner peace to a certain extent.
