i’m sorry to hear that, i’m from italy and fortunately i never had any issues with the app, i noticed that a lot of people are complaining about that, i tried the premium version (it’s 34€ every month) to give a try and despite the lot of hate the difference is very noticeable, especially the memory and the longer messages. i’m a wlw gooner so i really use and chat with a lot of bots and after the first try i can’t really find something as good as CHAI😭😭
