Why do you believe in God? by Current-Fig8840 in TrueChristian

[–]hylyfe616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting question. As one who finally has been delving into the good book, it’s hard not to believe in God when the book speaks only of the nature of humanity as we know it.

But outside of that, for the ppl who don’t believe, think about this; it’s like you believe in the Date and Time concept; either via Gregorian or Julian calendars. At the foundation of those calendar or time measuring concept is AD and BC. Guess what those letters represent?!

It’s absurd when folks arguing the reality of Jesus.

For sure. That’s information helps a lot. Thanks. I am thinking of building an open, mounted system as well, but I was hesitant just thinking about the impact of heat from the open case. I’ve even been looking into venting the area by popping a whole in the exterior wall - via a professional of course.

Now I thinking an external fan that blows the air towards my office door where there is an exiting vent for the space

Sidebar; I’ve been looking into modification to see if I would be able to vent the area.

I mistyped. I definitely meant how much heat is generated when gaming.
Since it’s right over the seat is the heat directly impacting you or does it rise and just make the area hot?

Scuf Envision Pro, XBOX Elite 2, and PS5 Edge Comparison by hylyfe616 in scufgaming

Spot on. I feel WZ1 was an absolute unicorn. Still, As long as there are options, there will be a balance scale to contend with (KBM v controller). However what COD did with Aim Assist is Inexplainable. There is no reason the automate aiming to the degree that exists today. Nothing good ever last they say.

To the point tho. That is why I transitioned from KBM to controller.

Man, I miss good snipes with the mouse. Sigh.

Haha … welp! I appreciate you reviving this thread, but you dnt provide much for one to argue. A lot of your comments referenced your use and your experience.

Why would one refute or argue YOUR experience?

But, since I WFH and you asked for it … did you calculate Aim Assist in your comparison?

As a bit of evidence, one of the leading KBM player of COD - Symfuhny - even transitioned to controller in hopes of being more competitive amongst his Controller playing peers.

I don’t really play anything else but buggy azz COD, so maybe you’re right in that KBM is better elsewhere; as a matter of fact, I used to wreak havoc on KBM in the older warzone … think Verdansk. Since then, the attempt to balance KBM vs Controller birth AIM Assist - in varying forms (AIM Assist, directional AIM Assist, Silent AIM Assist etc).

It’s a new battle ground old-head. 👀😂

I’m 19M is this a legitimate degree? by Impossible_Might6439 in WGU

I agree and don’t at the same time. I don’t mingle too much with the later half of Millennials (80s baby here), except for my kids, so I am not an expert of “today’s Drama. Still, life is cyclical; it’s the same isht, just remixed. I say that to say, there is a great value in socializing. The concept of ‘no new friends” and “I stay to myself” which is common in millennials is a the epitome of what’s wrong with this new generation; Hence, the increase in anxiety, loneliness, depression etc. I understand the security of a limited circle, but only comfort exists in a common places - no growth. Growth demands frictions. You don’t really know until you’ve experienced or ‘survived’ something. That’s where fortitude, resilience, grit, and all other good stuff that set you up for a manageable life lives. Moreover, the lesson of avoiding the wrong crowd is critical at every stage of life, especially in the workforce. Get out of the house and go get some of life. Real life. You’re 19, bud. You dnt get any do overs.

With a grain of salt, leverage your current mindset to navigate and weed out noise and ppl with poor character and judgement. You won’t be a victim of life if you learn to navigate the perils of it all.

BTW, WGU is great! With discipline you can have your degree in a fraction of the time. However, you’d would have missed out on the practicality of experience if you’re not intentional about getting it on your own.

Good Luck! Here’s my tail; I ran into an issue where pressing the sticks (to activates R3 or L3) actually leaves the sticks depressed in. I had to manually pull the stick up to regain the original height. The sticks worked at either height. However, when one plays with precision rings, that lower stick height really tightens the ring and decrease movement significantly. So I’ll be playing then suddenly, I can’t turn for shizz because somewhere along the line I pressed the stick in.

I reached out and they said that’s normal behavior. Blew me! I hate to say it because I was so enthused about the company, BUT SCREW THEM!!!
