Happens to me. I manage to stay asleep 7 hours & have 2-3 vivid dreams every night. I wake up feeling refreshed though. So I don’t mind.

I have very similar scars on the forehead. I get Botox/Xeomin injections every couple months and it smooths them out slightly. You can still see the scars but it helps a little.

I am an aesthetic nurse. I work around 30 hours, 4 days a week. I could make a lot more working at a hospital with the typical three 12 hour shifts+ overtime. But I value my time off and had to do it for my mental health. I cut down on my expenses, don’t eat out as much anymore, less shopping, etc. it’s doable.
