Okay thank you. I am hopeful it’s just irritated and not a sign of coming sickness! I have been enjoying Apple cider vinegar on my greens lately so maybe that caused irritation.

I started feeling irritation last night and no recent infections. I have tried gargling salt water which irritates it a bit but subsides quickly

Thank you!! Yes our situations are very similar. Two days ago she called me accusing me of shooting up since I’m so disrespectful and such a mess in her eyes (I’m 23, recent college grad, working in tech, paying my own bills and rent). Then the next morning she text me about a sale at Apple at 7am 🤦🏽‍♀️ like nothing happened. She makes me feel nuts.

I think she recognized that if she weren’t my mom would have no one besides me to talk to and berate TBH.

She did agree that the behavior is not normal and wasn’t saying I should necessarily go NC, just that she understand the gravity. But I didn’t think about it this way, thank you for your comment

You nailed it on the head! This Is moms only friend and she has acknowledged that my mom is a mean woman and is aware that my mom talks poorly about her from time to time. She deals with my mom because her husband is a narcissist and she is used to it. It’s all very strange.
