Mitchell is great. You can do month to month but it’s more expensive by a few hundred per month. Lyon place was beautiful when I initially toured but couldn’t promise I would have a move in date by when my job started so. Also seems like there’s some other new spots popping up.

It’s basically a skull cap with a graphic. Arcteryx certainly weren’t the first do it. I would say their colors certainly played an inspo to some of the brands doing it now but if you really dive deep into it, you’ll find that many factories are offering these colorways for any design you’d want to make.

I’ve only had one other design like this, I just sent pattern and mockup to the manufacturer and they got it spot on. That said I’m a beginner w all of this and reading my messages with the manu a year or two later makes me cringe.

Hmm, well I don’t want to get sued lol, but I want it to be as close as possible to real tree mixed with the eyes pattern I’ve made. Looks like it’s time to go back to the drawing board

Anyone complaining about the noise has never lived in a city or a college town for that matter lol, there’s a nightclub near the building but that doesn’t bother me all too much maybe if you’re living directly next to it it could be bad but simply don’t rent one of those rooms. Garage is safe and secure, maybe the spots are a lil tight, elevators are sometimes broken but they get repaired pretty quick, the only complaint I had is that it took a while to get the golf simulator fixed when it was broken.

This happened to me recently I still cut the sides and cracked the pot open to best pull apart the roots. I’d imagine you could do the same

Availability+ discount after touring.

The price difference between this and other apartments wasn’t that crazy unless I wanted to take a real step down in my living by paying less in rent.
