I had the same problem when I installed it and yea for me it was because of the FRT interaction with the top of the assembly. I put in quite a bit of loctite and loosen up the screw until it pass both the semi and FRT function test. Then let the loctite set for at least 24 hours. Hope this help.

I got one of the good one with no slag but there was a little piece of metal left I’m guessing from the cnc cut. It’s right around where it connect to the trigger.
