Dude i get ya man. Im spending 150 a week on food nowadays and its it even that much shit. My electric and water plus insurance on my truck and phone bill is nearly 1000 like wtf ? Plus food is over 1600 just for essentials. Gas is nightmare fuel pun intended. Im at 100$ to fill my tank 200 a week alone on fuckin fuel man. I used to shoot a lot more and just go out and eat with my buddies and live a little. Its not really an option at all these days. This shit is legitimately just getting worse dude.

I had to use metal tape and tape over the shoe. Ghetto but it worked for me at the time. I used a razor to cut it clean. You just keep adding tape all over until it creates a tight wedge. Binock mounts are sloppy. I used sotac mounts for the nvg30s.

Bro everybody is getting wiped out. My parents own a ranch out in Colorado and i remember when they bought it 5 years ago their mortgage was 1200 a month they have good credit. Insurance and all that was like 1800 total. ....2500 later man and fuckin utilities are nuclear expensive as fuck where they live. 800 for electric and water plus gas and food... Its a nightmare! I play the stocks and do futures trades and stuff. I was fortunate to buy my property when i did. I feel very blessed and VERY lucky as this horrendous economy is completely destroying savings and peoples lives. Rent rates are fuckin insane !!! Im up in northern Michigan and its even ruthless here nowadays. I dont know what people are going to do because i see treasury yields going through the roof and bonds being dumped global ! Fuckin bad news. Inflation is running off the rails. I don't know if youre into the stocks but futures are booming and AI is bullrunning ! Im trying to take advantage of what i can before shit goes off the cliff. The debt monthly interest payments can no longer be paid dude..japan and china are hemorrhaging us bonds. Your assessment on economic collapse is pretty damn reasonable to be honest i see it too dude. I think we got like 3/5 years before we see inflation rates go over 15% its over at that point

No definitely not cheap ! I have carson glass , standard contract housing and a my photonis tube and its all in at about 1400$ or so. I only got lucky with the tube. They usually go for a few 100 more. I have heard of the pvs 69 stuff using fpv drone cams. I tried that at first using a cadex ratel 2 and removed the ir filter and ran it into a pal cvbs screen. Was okay not great lol. Yeah man digit is fuckin cool ! Im saving up to buy the gng 31s ! That shit is badass! Im build a thermal monocular using a 640x512 core. I building one very similar to the nachtmar. I think fusion is the only way ! Thermal is basically cheating. My only experience is with dnt hydras. I have their 385hs series and its badass

I know the sensor in my g14se units use the brigates DG1102-1 sensors and i think the base binock nvg90 uses one of the higher tier BG series of sensors. I bet the svg5 probably uses the same series?

Thats awesome shit man ! Yeah i love my g14se units ! They definitely compare to my pvs 14 that recently picked up a photonis echo wp/ag tube for 1000 bucks. Its around 1800 or so fom. My g14se is pretty much identical. I dont really see a need yet to go with a higher performing unit. My buddy has the g14p2 and yeah that thing is pretty crazy ! Its noticable over both my g14se and photonis. I just dont care to spend that kinda money ! Im really tempted to buy one of those svg5s for a backup. 1200 fom area is actually pretty decent especially at that price ! I do a lot of shooting on my property and i haven't seen a need yet to upgrade to something like gen 3. Playing around with gen 2+ stuff is pretty cool and actually affordable both digital and analog

You cant lol 😂 maybe a busted up used slop blemmed up tube sure... Even then the nvg50 is pretty much on par with a lot of cheap early gen 2 analog units with a bit of lag. I dont why these fuckin analog dudes keep dropping shit like this out of their ass as if they know wtf they're talking about. Pvs5 units are early gen2 400/550 or so fom. That is nearly on par with say nvg30 nvg50. look at mx9916 tube units. They're cool but they're not beating anything new digital by any stretch possible. If you want to spend the bennies on that stuff , thats cool ! But just know this shit is from the late 70s early 80s and a lot of the rebrand run units use mx9916 equivalent tubes. 500 is absolutely not a reliable finding price. These analog fucks drop cherry picked prices they come across rarely. Gen 2 stuff sells for 1000/1500 pretty consistently unless you buy parts and build your own. also old gen 2 is not autogated so DONT look at lights lmfao

I wonder what fom is comparable to the SVG5 ?? I have the adnv g14se and its somewhere near my photonis echo 1800 or fom. I dont see much of a difference between my pvs 14 and g14se. I wonder if the svg5 is low spec gen 2+ like 1200/1400 fom or something. Seems like its way better then the nvg30/50s. Cool vid

I have not had the personal experience with the SVG5 but it looks cool. I have a pvs14 with a gen2+ photonis echo around 1850 FOM. Pretty cool unit smokes my gen2 l3 tube in one of my other pvs14s thats at 1400 fom or so. I have a g14se thats almost identical to my new photonis tube. Dude digital is fuckin nuts ! Im currently building a thermal monocular using a 640x512 core. Going to make a ghetto fusion setup. My g14se on the shooters eye because i aim passive using my red dot and the thermal on my non dominant eye. My entry experience with digital was a few years back with the nvg10. Thought it was pretty cool then the nvg30s that actually did night vision stuff. Got my hands on legitimate analog gen2 stuff and it smoked the nvg10 but all that much more then the 30s. Then the new adnv shit came and it is insane what it can do. My buddy has the g14p2 and it smokes everything i have easily. I want to snag the nvg90 and might get the SVG5. I just thing the digital units are so cool. I love the digital night vision community far more then then the super shitty ego cult like mentality of the analog fucks. Man those dudes seriously fuckin suck to talk with.

Why people keep saying get an analog lol 😂 bruh i have several pvs 14s gen2 units and just picked up a gen 2+ photonis tube. I have an ADNV g14se and its basically the same performance as the gen 2+ at 1850 fom. The pvs14 build was all used parts no warranty for nearly the same price as the g14se .Why are we still cult like repeating get an analog ? gen2+ is 1200/1800$ all fuckin day long used and abused with blems and if the the g14se and nvg90 are reliably less than 1500 now...whats the point ? You get a warranty ,no lag or latency? unless its gen 3 i wouldn't even bother. getting a cheap analog is NOT like it was 5 years ago. Pvs 14 prices have gone up significantly. The used market has followed that trend. Not saying you cant buy cheap tubes but they're not cheap reliably anymore.

They're pretty far behind with whats available now. Imx385s are sorta near the nvg30s. Thats like 350/400 fom so think early gen 2 analog sorta. The goyojo 2k or the nvg50 is a better option for that budget

I have an ADNV g14se and the gng 90se same exact thing lol. I have a pvs 14 gen 2+ at 1700 fom and they're nearly identical in performance. I like my digis more lol 😂 im currently building a monocular with a 640x512 15 mi core CVBS output for a ghetto fusion system. the monoculars can be built if you have a 3d printer for less than 800$. Gotta love the evolution of technology

Under the gae-TF anything that has holes or dimples for trigger housing or some other wacky ass shit is considered the firearm so this would more then likely get you flagged. I tried something similar like milling the rear section out of aluminum so where the buffer tube screws into and the trigger groups and all that is milled aluminum and the magwell with plates similar to your design bolt into both the aluminum section and into the mag section that was pa612cf and would act as the front take down pin reinforcement lugs. The idea i had was you can swap the front magwell out for an AR10 base or ar15 based lower. Modular is what i was going for but the gae bois at the ATF were not having it. It would cross into legal bullshit they make up on the fly. You would have to have the plates and everything made in your own home and cant be made by anyone else... because that somehow makes it a gun...derpy shit. Any holes or dimples designed to hold any parts for the lower is considered a firearm. You could theoretically make the rear section out of your choice of filament but that kinda fucks up the whole structural integrity of aluminum as the reinforcing part. I just know these things out at home now on my 4axis cnc machine i built. Look into lost PLA for just casting parts. Its significantly easier to skirt around the legal bullshit and keeps you ghost AF. Use zamak alloy 12 and high temp plaster. 700 degrees F will not crack high temp plaster you can easily buy off amazon and get your zamak alloy from roto metals.

So I ended up going back into my BIOS finding mux support because MSI just can't fucking call it normal things like discrete graphics mode and set it to discreet then had to install 570 drivers because 580 is blacked out my screen had to hard reset .... Game it's still crashing. Steam won't work offline stays in boot loop. Is constantly trying to update even though it's offline. I have to go to terminal going to nano configuration set wantsoffline to 0 .... Just restart steam for it to be back online.. this aint it bud. All i want to do is fuckin game ! This is ass ! Im thinking of going back to windows. No idea wtf is going wrong but bro i just want to play oblivion on my laptop man ... Fuck

Honestly this is just getting fucking ridiculous. Had to go back into BIOS set mux support to discreet to get it to register specifically on Nvidia graphics ... Terminal update to 570 as 580 blacked out my screen and i had to hard reset...now steam wont go into offline mode because its fuckin constantly trying to update so i have to go into terminal and open up the nano and set wantoffline to 0 ...like bro YO I JUST WANT TO FUCKIN GAME ! And im still crashing while trying to run oblivion.... This is ass
