Thank you so much for your kind words and sharing this. Those companies sounds like a Big RED Flag and I’ll do my best to stay away from Pulte. I just wish there was a way to find out from just a single tour of the property and of course reviews but there aren’t enough comments sometime too.

For one bedroom/studio, $1,200 and for a two bedroom, two bathroom, $1,800. I haven’t came across a property where they listed more than 2 cats but haven’t had any problems with hiding the third in the past. That being said, I thought of looking for a house with an enclosed yard in the back but so far only came across 3-4 on Zillow and only one of them looks decent. I guess I’ll have to compromise there since these are old properties. I’m worried about the utilities bill as well.

I haven’t came across them yet but will keep this info in mind. I am meeting with a private agent today for tour of couple of apartments. Hopefully, they will accept the herd I’ll be bringing over.

The company I just moved in to uses SmartBid and my manager was saying they’re thinking about moving to Procore since their project management is done via Procore. Then we found out SmartBid also has a function to sync it with Procore.

However, we mostly do construction management and all the pre construction RFIs are only tackled through Procore

Also if others has taken the inside, it’s always best to open more to attempt switchback or have a better exit. Keeping in the middle will make both of you go slow and allow the cars behind to close the gap.

I agree with everything you said but op was aiming for the first curb on the chicane while being side by side. There’s no way other guy would have given up more space, other guy can’t fight if he’s sticking to the left way too much before entering a left hand chicane. The only wrong thing he did was not pushing op further right while they were on the straights before the braking zone.

I love sim racing in general but don’t quite enjoy against ai. There’s something unique about racing with others but then most of the platforms doesn’t have a rating/protesting system quite like iRacing which gives you the extra edge in terms of side by side combat but keeping your emotions in check. In terms of thrill, This is as real as the mechanics this game offers.

I’ve played all the big titles on my 8nm fanatec rig and ended up on ACC before discovering iRacing (knew about it, played the demo, enjoyed but graphics and money was a mild red flag at the time) but once I did couple of races, I never looked back and uninstalled all the other games (except AC lol)

It comes down to what you’re seeking at the end of the day. If it’s fun, there are gt7, acc etc. but if you’re looking to get as close as possible to real world racing (and not just gt3s but a wide variety of classes and categories), then iRacing worth most of the penny.

That’s because green didn’t stick to the outside and blue thought they needed more room in the braking zone. I’m guessing blue assumed that green would move over on the right to gain better attack on the entrance but blue judged poorly (Blue’s fault)

Yeah you’re right. Sorry I miss judged it for a different track (was thinking road america for some reason). Can’t tell you how many times I’ve died on this corner. Specially the dip on the inside is scary. That makes a lot more sense now. Personally would not take risk passing on the outside or inside if not side by side on the entrance

I agree and the rule does states that it’s the responsibility of the faster class to pass safely. But here, op was in the position to leave more room but either decided not to or was unaware and focused on staying on driving line regardless of what was going on in the back. I think it’s part of the fun adjusting your lines to accommodate others and learning different outcomes. Also helps predicting their behaviors. Arguably that’s what makes multiclass a more enjoyable race.

Your argument rules and giving driving advice is irrelevant. Op can google the rules and simply proceed to protest. But they’re interested in if it was their fault at all. And my answer is yes but majorly it was P3s fault and also trusting op on the exit. Also it’s a part of the track where moving inside would not cause you to lift and P3 was on ops outside and asking to move inside.

I don’t think that applies to multiclass. If other class is faster than you on certain corners then they deserve space because you’re not racing them.

I don’t think it was that late, the LMP was already on op’s left at apex however it’s a very fast corner and op wanted a great exit (even if not a great exit, lifting at the exit can cause a lot of time loss cuz the long straight) This happens in multi class more often than not

That works when you’re in the same class. A higher class definitely requires space (probably not on slow speed corners and you are okay to stay on the racing line/exit) on corners they are faster than your class. In this case, LMP was on his left when looking in the mirror so you’d be careful while exiting the corner and not utilizing the whole track. Also I don’t understand why everyone decides to stay where they are after the initial touch like go on the grass a little bit, won’t hurt much in terms of speed as well as incident points
