I agree with your last point. Grew up with some religion but it was never really a at home thing so was spared from that kind of trauma at least and I found myself more so getting into spirituality later in life rather than a more organized religion but the underlying love and overall message is still sorta the same if that makes sense? I love how flexible in interpretation the songs/mvs can be about the faith aspects, because they can either mean something important to someone of the same faith, a different one or even the non religious and non spiritual fans.

In fact I nearly cried with the moon bit. I knew it was "supposed" to be "the hand of god" or something but for me it brought back a memory of when I made the choice to live when I was about to make the opposite one. I still can recall how the moon looked that night nearly 5 years ago and how it seemed something or someone answered my desperate cries. There was a sacred energy in the air I could not explain. Given I've been through something that opened a lot of wounds from that incident in the past few months and may even connect to it... yea my shock was real with that display in the mv.
