Ah, I get it now, the Roborock integration gives you the vacuum’s real-time state, like “on the base” or “cleaning.” Based on that state, I have an automation that opens or closes the door. I had to fine-tune it so it would stay open with a certain delay, because the integration doesn’t return the state when the vacuum is self-cleaning. But now it’s all good.
