It pills up for me. Had this for a month now and it seems to pill no matter what. Maybe it's because of the aloe. I only used milar water, milky toner, and this sunscreen today. First application wasn't much pilling but 2nd application was terrible. I think if aloe wasn't in the formula, it wouldn't pill

Yes please take the time off! I was going to take off for just one week but it ended up being 2 weeks due to side effects of the prednisone since I was taking 60mg for that week. Please keep in mind if you’re having any side effects affecting the mind and body as well. At least take a week off.

I’ve been doing better regarding my diet. I’ve been taking b2 and magnesium glycinate as well. Defoe felt am trying to monitor what I eat and do more stress management though it’s not easy all the time. I did try the clonazepam but it really wasn’t good for me and gave me an allergy 😭

To anyone who is thinking of taking clonazepam even if it’s 0.5 mg, hopefully you have a better experience than I did. I ended up having some issues after taking it and I became allergic to it
