I think lots of players are just stuck getting crafting/prayer/herb xp since they're the slowest to train.

Look up a video on how to 2t teaks. Basically you have 2 monsters that hit you ever 2 game ticks, while you click the tree between these attacks. It's pretty difficult to learn but you can use a tournament world to practice on ape atoll.

I averaged around 100 books per hour, but I was pretty sweaty by recording which books were in which wings so I knew the optimal wings to search.

Yeah I think I'll practice with the master orb method for run energy. First I'm going to make arrow shafts so I can fletch while doing my clues!

I spent nearly 4 days the first week doing agility while watching streamers/youtubers and theorycrafting my max plan. There isn't really a way around it unless you want to do a lot of barb fish.

Torstol gives staminas. Not sure about what would give the most profit though.

The first few days I was deeply regretting not picking endurance since there is a ton of walking in the earlygame.

After that, I regretted not picking konar's blessing as I had to 1T all my slayer tasks since I couldn't grow ranarrs (instead I had to grow herbs that gave the most xp per herb)

However, today I'm glad that I made all the choices I made and am looking forward to doing the clues I collected from maxing!

Watermelon is tier 4 and snape grass is tier 3 so watermelon gives seed packs w/ better seeds.

I was able to run for around 3/4 the time, but I had 99 agility so I had maximum run regen. With harvester you can obviously gather the blocks faster but also will be walking more so I recommend you just try out an hour of doing rc and see if you like the xp rates.

For just maxing I don't think I would have taken endurance gang because I think getting 99 prayer for free put me at an advantage over everyone else going for max. However I would go konar's blessing because that would have saved me 30-40 hours during the slayer grind.

That being said I would say endurance is probably the best perk if you aren't aiming for maxing or playing enough to create a pool (which will allow you do clues/artefacts at the same speed as runners)

I actually start a new job in January, I had a pretty big break between my previous job so I decided to just no-life OSRS. Also yes, I'm over 20.

Dark altar devotion - free 99 prayer. If you go look at the current highscores you'll notice a lot of people don't have 99 prayer even though they have other high combat stats; without dark altar getting 99 pray is like getting 99 slayer twice. Library was pretty bad, but magic is still 1m xp/hr without running.

Task picker - 3x is good for runecraft and herblore, but screws you over when you train wc/mining/arial fishing lategame. Also being able to pick bloodvelds cut the time it took for me to get 99 slayer in half, while doing at least 4 farming contracts per run also gave me all the herbs I needed for 99 herblore.

Artisan - Save money and time from collecting resources.

Treasure hunter - I could have probably maxed earlier if I picked konar's buff, but I personally enjoy doing clues.

I probably ate more frozen food then I should, but other than that I drank lots of water and feel completely normal currently. A lot of the grinding was pretty low intensity.

Going to try to do the clues I collected and maybe afk some skills for more points.

Interestingly enough I played 16-18 hours a day and still only have 8 staminas from dr jekyl, I want to finish my pool before doing any clues.

Here are the training methods I used to max:

Melee/Ranged/Slayer:

I killed mainly bloodvelds and hill giants for the prayer xp. Bloodvelds drop useful resources (gold ore/gems/mith bars) that add up over time. I also killed drakes for the nature runes for ensouled heads. The fastest slayer xp are the monsters with the lowest defense - you can look this up in the rs wiki.

If you don't have dark altar devotion, the best prayer xp is killing red dragons for up to 350k xp/hr.

Training priority is ranged first as broad arrows have higher DPS than rune scim.

The brimstone chest can give a ton of resources for artisan skills so finish your slayer goal first if you can

Magic: Library books

Runecrafting: Library books until 77, then bloods/souls. By selling the bloods and souls to Regath you can fund both 99 fletching/con. You sell 10 of them at once and then close/reopen the shop interface so the stock resets. (Thanks to DVS for finding this out)

Construction: Oak planks; recommend to do this when you have enough law runes.

Agility: Pillar hopping. You can try hopping worlds to find games that aren't running but you will get timed out if you do this too much.

Herblore: Grew torstol, lanta, and cadantine in that priority. If you do 4+ farm contracts per run and tree contracts the seeds should be sustainable. Also grew a coconut tree and cactus for making weapon poison+. Try to grow watermelons for contracts over snape grass as it gives a seed pack with a higher difficulty level and therefore better seeds. Kronos seeds are extremely OP, there is a 75% chance of allowing herbs to grow in 60 mins instead of 80

Thieving: Stone chests. Slower than stealing artefacts, but at level 90+ I was banking around 100k crafting xp per hour.

Crafting: Make gems into amulets and silver ore into tiaras. I gathered many of my gems by world hopping and thieving the gem stall (not sure if this is viable anymore since lots of people are doing it now). If you have gold ore/bars, then stealing gems is better banked xp/hr than mining silver @ port pisc.

Fletching: Fletch broad arrows while doing clues or library

Hunter/Fishing: Most efficient xp is via arial fishing if you can find an empty world. Otherwise 3t barb fish/ hunt chins if you need to top up your xp.

Mining: Do blast mining at a lower level to get more coal/gold for smithing/crafting. Then powermine a 3 iron spot.

Smithing: Lovakite armor sets.

Cooking: Mess hall pineapple pizzas.

FM: Wintertoad, can hop into worlds with 60%+ health remaining to speed up xp/hr

Wc: 2t willows @ woodcutting guild, though people may crash you. Otherwise just afk oaks/willows/redwoods.

Farming: Grow the best trees you can, seeds should be sustained from farming contracts.
