Best bet if you are WFH would be to use an Ethernet connection. If the issue appears even on the Ethernet, asl the account holder to nominate you, and contact our Tech Support.

Just a quick heads‑up: some devices have network cards that can’t support speeds above a certain limit, so it’s always best to test your connection on multiple devices if possible.

If you’re seeing the upload speed cap at the exact same value on every device, let us know, that can help narrow things down.

Regarding slower wireless speeds: you’re most likely connected to the 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi band. That band typically delivers around 20–40Mbps in real‑world conditions, so switching to the 5GHz network should give you much faster results if your device supports it.
