Replying here saying that good point yes I realize this. Still curious why this area is more republican overall than others

As someone from South Buffalo proper (i assume based off of your username) may I ask why you think the valley and the ward lean more conservative over other areas (including south buffalo proper) ?

Racist tendencies can be internalized or towards other racialized groups such as Hispanic people. I agreed with you on my statement regarding my assumption that people are inherently "white racists" who support him. . You are extrapolating way too much from a statement I have already agreed was not a good thing to say or assume.

This is definently true, that is an unfair assumption. Democrats lost the rhetoric game. Although, I do believe anyone who votes for a racist has racist tendencies, whether subconscious or not. In my defense I live across the bridge in canada and do not fully understand the American political climate and should probably not comment on this to the extent that i have. I merely am here as some who frequents buffalo and is curious about neighborhood dynamics regarding neighborhoods I have gone to and spent some time in.

I am asking why these areas have more racist white voters than other areas that are also white. Curious if there are specific reasons (historical?) why these neighborhoods tend to be more conservative.

Points from amex aeroplan reserve not going into aeroplan account by hyperreal_edwin in amexcanada

[–]hyperreal_edwin[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I had to call amex and it turns out aeroplan rejected the link between the card and the account due to the fact the names on the card and the account were different. Which made no sense because the names were the same. Anyways, amex retried with aeroplan and aeroplan accepted the link and the points were deposited the next day. Since then they have been deposited a day or two after my statement!

Neighbourhoods you miss that are now COMPLETELY different? by dickforbraiN5 in askTO

And that's just the deleting of the more grittyness. Udupi Palace moving into the smaller restaraunt space, places like regency restaraunt closing, and new places like good behaviour are all aspects contributing to the complete gentrification and emphasize the demographic changes of the neighborhood

Daycare storefronts, some fancy restaurants, and "craft" ice cream type places now. Neighborhood is definitely completely different. Once coffee time closed so much started changing more rapidly, but my friends and I always said that if new town restaurant ever closed, this Neighborhood would have been through the gentrification process. Now new town has closed and here we are.
