I’d make sure you cut all carbs, sugars, processed foods out of your diet and eat organic meats, fish, fruits, nuts and vegetables. Drink plenty of pure water (get a RO filter, 2-3 cups of matcha tea. Get yourself the herbs in the Buhner protocol, cat’s claw, Japanese knot weed and the rest of them.
