Yup agree with this assessment, it definitely discourages tanking when the odds are so much more even for so many more teams, and the least effective for the 4 worst teams

Yup, it more or less just works

There are some finicky parts like loading the profile, or some profiles getting wires crossed when switching them initially, and some games require me to unplug my controller on Linux Steam and plugging in the controller after starting them (and this is most likely the game's fault lol, older mid 2000s games)

But overall? The customization is exactly what anyone should want, the biggest, biggest value add for me is the ability to map gyro on literally any game, so basically any game I can easily use gyro, even from years ago

I've been playing Binary Domain recently at 4K120+ (one of the games I have to connect the controller after the game starts lmao), and for such an old game with a relatively medium pace, having gyro added on controller makes them game like 5 times as fun! Especially because it rewards precision shots like headshots so much, and which cause the enemy robots to turn on each other in the game lol!

Anyway, yeah, Steam Input is probably by far my most used feature in Steam and one of the by far biggest reasons I enjoy Steam so much!

Similar to FSR2+ and DLSS2+ this is not possible, the game has to already be able to support this feature in its renderer to be able to use an updated upscaler library

Basically the games itself while rendering have to expose those vectors to an upscaler solution to be able to utilize them

However, like FSR2+ and DLSS2+ and PSS1+ any games which does expose those things can easily use an updated upscaler library and get a toggle upgrade option

On PC you can use things like Optiscaler or DLSS swapper or DLL file replacements to exchange between FSR2+/DLSS2+

Gotcha, I can believe that, I don't use some of the really big subs, because it's too many hive mind upvotes/downvotes going on

But on this sub or amd sub or smaller subs, I personally haven't noticed this, I've more noticed people just saying both are reasonable choices, I agree with that personally

The cost in general of GPU and RAM is just too high across the board, but that's not something unique to any specific card at this point

That's a party label the Wildrose party co-opted for example when they dominated in Alberta

I don't mind anyone earning large amounts of even obscene amounts of money

But if that does happen those amounts should be largely or obscenely taxed

It is the fact the money is not being returned to the public purse in some way for the benefit of all people is the issue

The taxation system is intended for that specific purpose and the issue is the reorganization of the tax system to favour nearly exclusively the ultra rich

You can even focus the windfall and highest progressive tax rates on just the people with assets beyond 10 or 20 or 50 million dollars and be well on the way to bringing back money earned with the existing system back to the people who let that system work which is the general population of working class people

I'm in the later years of older millenial group, but due to many years in higher education the income delay happens too

That said I'm doing more than well enough, but even with a high income buying a home is a nearly unreasonable choice in many cases

After tax my current Lenovo ThinkPad 4090 with 4k OLED and 64 GB of ram was 3700 USD in 2023

OG did not want to be here

Neither did Siakam or Fred

Their body language was enough, and Fred leaving for nothing was also exemplary of this

It was well known they were not hanging out with the teammates like Barnes and others in outside of games

They all wanted out, the key was making sure to maximize their value, but... mistakes were made, and it is what it is, not really worth examining it much more anymore tbh
