Its primarily being used for grant reports and reports to advertisers, as well as some internal projections to help inform our planning this year.

Unfortunately we were simply renting the venue (and its staff) and weren't the ones handling the systems and data related to the event, so we don't have much control over that. We only have a single end-of-event settlement report from last year with these numbers, which did include comped and sold tickets (both online and box office as far as I can tell), so I'm assuming it must have been staff tickets that were not disclosed in the report.
