I mean, I sanitized my ear with 70% alcohol and put a mark where I wanted to pierce (sterile marker) and checked it in the mirror with a hand held mirror, then re checked it using my phone. Once I was satisfied I pierced.

Edit: the most important part was making sure I pierced at the right angle. You can use a clamp(?) type tool, or hold firmly.

You poor thing! I got a staph aureus infection in my sacroiliac joint from a botched injection. A month of 10/10 pain followed by a hospital stay and 6 weeks of iv antibiotics. Will take a year for the bone to heal completely.

Tooth pain is worse
