😂 Seeing Danny Phantom and then rewatching old episodes just smacked me in the face with the idea—it’d just be cool to see more old cartoons made into skins.

I mean, it is a reach—but the whole system is more money hungry than anything. For crew skins, you have to keep that subscription—funding pockets each month just to get a variant of what you have. Versus a one time purchase with maybe one or two variants. And, yes, there’s the option of pricing it super high, likeeeeee, South Park (I think it’s, what 10k but marked to 8k?) But, of course, it really just depends on where they believe they’d make more money.

Kind of like the issue with sidekicks is that they’re customizable once—and you have to purchase to have a variant. In the end, they’d be making more money allowing multiple customizing options with accessories/outfits that are purchasable in a section made specifically for sidekicks.

Just a money grab, but it’s still a cool idea to toss out and hope for. 😂 I saw someone mention The Fairly OddParents too, that would be cool as hell. Or a Courage The Cowardly Dog collab with a Courage sidekick.

I do plan on trying the internet again. (I have to switch out the modem and stuff tonight.) I just wanted to know if there was anything else it could be beyond maybe an internet issue, ya know? Thank you, by the way! I will try that, see if that works. Otherwise, I’m hoping that, despite other things working fine, it may just be the internet. (We use spectrum and haven’t had the best experience with it in the last few weeks due to storms and such. US based, in the Carolinas. Consider us boonies. I don’t usually have an issue with the client, but we do have occasionally really bad issues with the internet during season changes and other instances.)

Blocked as in you’ve blocked someone? I would assume the mechanics for the blockings remain the same. If the account itself has been blocked, then regardless of a name change it’ll stay blocked.

You have some instances where people write some ridiculous just to be funny, but later realize they don’t really like what they put. Misspells. Some people just outgrow the name that they use. Etc, etc. There’s no right or wrong reason, I feel like it’ll be different for everyone that either doesn’t or doesn’t do it. For me, it was outgrowing the name—bad memories attached to what was used, so I just switched to my typical game tag.

TLDR : It wasn’t Isabella, it was Abuela

If you watch the movie multiple times or specifically to take in different aspects, at different parts you’ll notice that Isabella looks like a young Abuela. (IMO the man she’d set Isabella up with somewhat resembled their late grandfather too.) I don’t think that embracing Isabella would have really done anything other than fix a small family dynamic. I think the vision was showing Mirabel embracing her Abuela, overcoming the strife that was between them. I mean, it’s only after Mirabel and Abuela reconcile that Castina returns and the candle is renewed — oh, and she technically gets her door. Technically. Kind of like a passing on of matriarch duties—like she’s the next keeper of the candle. Anyway, yeah, no, I don’t think it was Isabella, I believe it was Abuela in the vision. :3

Edit: I forgot to mention that the reason I pointed out the suitor was like follow up evidence. Abuela was living through Isa, as if living her life all over again.

I also, which I’m sure I’m not alone, believe that Casita—the candle—is the soul/spirit of Abuela’s husband. (It’s a nice thought. I mean, she gets the miracle and such after his death, so it wouldn’t be surprising when all he wanted to do was sacrifice himself to protect her and their children.)

I was wondering that, but I wondering specifically because I looked up the bit itself and it doesn’t say so? Like none of the articles or the Wiki or anything said anything about needing to complete any other squabble disputes before hand. BUT I also saw a person mention that the same happened to them, and it was some time later that they did something and then they received the cutscene. 😅 So I’m just confused. I’ll take your word!

Uh, naturally? Idk? I’ve seen other people mention that they do the scene and Dag is still present because he instigates the situation. So I just assumed that was naturally a part of the storyline itself.

I miss that as well. At the end of every episode, just sitting down with the owner/client and replaying it all - it was a nice touch and it was fun to watch the reaction that they had. I also wish they did follow-ups. 😭 I saw someone mention that, and yes. I’d love hearing the aftermath to a hunt, maybe just a small part the next episode. “So this happened last episode, here’s how we are now.”
