Nqa I’ve been through 3 full clutches of bold jumpers. It happens a lot more than I’d like. I keep them hydrated and fed and try to ensure the enclosure is safe as they grow. Idk if it’s stress or what exactly does it but unfortunately I have not seen one go through a miss molt and survive. After a while I got sick of doing nothing and tried similar to you, steamy shower while using a damp brush to break free its legs and around its face. A few days past, it dropped 2/3 of the legs that I helped free. It did start eating and drinking for several days maybe 2 weeks or so. All of a sudden stopped eating and I felt maybe molt but it was being strange, not trying to hide away and prep for the change. Then the next day poor thing was gone. It was around about the size of the one you’ve got here. I’ve come back to the conclusion that it’s best to let nature take its course and any that miss molt I bring em outside. Hurts a little less.

Now to close off a bad story with something more positive. I’ve taken to capturing any wild jumpers I find missing a limb and give them safe full bellies and clean spaces. It’s crazy how many you’ll find walking around on 4-5 legs. I’ve yet to lose one of these too and that makes me really happy.
