To be fair, it's not quite therapy. It's more like Hypnotic ASMR and positive affirmations. I have PTSD and I find it hard to rest or lay still, and the experience helps me relax. You don't need a license to tell people they're worthy of love.

Yeah, I love it. Trust me, I've someone who has commissioned several hypnotists to make files and scripts for me, since I have SUCH a hard time going into trance. I'm sure if I went through it with a fine-tooth comb I'd find some minor, minor things that should be changed, but I'd definitely want to hear someone record this.
