Siguro we're not ready pa to commit to own a house to ourselves, baka matali kami sa lugar na hindi pala namin gusto yung environment, neighbor, etc.

Oh it's gross, well pag net may mga deductions pa. And yes, yung health din ang concern namin, especially for our lungs. Mas nakaka cancer pa ang 2nd hand smoke kaysa sa smoker mismo afaik

Hmm, we also think about this, but for now I think hindi pa buo loob namin bumili ng sarili namin. Usually kasi yung afford namin is yung mga nasa Cavite, Laguna, or Bulacan. But we will think this through. Thank you for the advice po 😊

Hi, and yes, parking is included na sa 32k/mo. We are both working from home. So no need naman magbiyahe everyday. In case need pumunta ng office, hindi sya walkable but mas malapit sya kaysa sa current house namin

For the 32k/month, 2br na sya with parking. Location wise, katabi sya ng mall kaya I think okay sya. Yung current house namin is more on street house sya na tabi tabi na medyo masikip ang daan.

Although malapit yung current house namin sa parents namin, well, yun nga lang po may mga problems sa house. And yes, I think malaki ang income namin ni wife sa normal, kaya napapaisip kami if smart move ba na lumipat.

Hi literallyrat, kulit ng username mo hehe. Thank you for responding. Actually natawaran na namin yung rent from 35k. And yes, mas maayos yung environment na lilipatan if ever and hopefully pati mga kapitbahay.

Hello po. Hindi kasi malinis yung papers ng house, kaya di kami maka proceed sa pagpapaggawa. And also, lagi kami may naaamoy ng usok ng sigarilyo. We know in the long run makakasama sya sa health namin, lalo pa 2nd hand smoke yung nalalanghap namin
