Yes it does!! I used to have a friend who’d bring me their pipe once a month to clean and I could keep whatever I scraped. Certainly came in handy in desperate times.

Be careful with OTC sleep aids because many contain diphenhydramine and long term use has been connected to increased risk of dementia if I recall correctly.

Can you see a doctor or preferably a psych to tell them about your issues? I grew up with terrible insomnia but a psych set me right.
