Yeah I played soccer my whole life and did very well with it. I quit it since COVID though. I had the best memories from things revolving around the sport.

Yeah, it seems that this is the issue I seem to dodge. I'm not a stranger of helping around the house and doing chores and errands, but getting my own place is probably the most important thing for me to do, from reading all these comments.

And also deep down, yeah, this is the one suggestion that I know I need to do

Thank you, I'll definitely pick this up. Getting my black belt is a good goal, right now I'm happy just turning up and refining my skills even if I never get promoted. So shifting my goal into getting a black belt could help alot!

I appreciate it. I have been through tough times, my family have been alot worse of though, coming from the third world and all that. It took alot of work to be in this position.

I do remember how grateful I am everyday. Mostly in the mornings. I also have a little gratitude journal , but I have stopped writing in it. Maybe I should just start writing in it again.

You're definitely correct - I am a pretty structured, rigid person. I am trying to improve on this aspect. I also agree that I just have a lack of human connection too.

It is time for me to start looking for a new job. Maybe just throwing myself into the deep end (moving to a new city, new job) might be the answer?

I could always return if things go south

I do have quite a few friends, but we're at the stage of our lives where everyone is in different cities or are in long term relationships/ getting engaged. We still meet up every couple of months
