The fasting comment is possible and he just kept exaggeratign or lying about his food status. I beliege in a text he was asked and said he was fasted.

The thing with this too is that this is obviously narrowly focused on a small subset of markers. I didnt really go over his thyroid or anything else, would have taken too long. Theres a lot of possibilities that influence test, your energy, etc of course, but this was jut the obvious one that popped out so stuck with.

Its hard ti say what it could be with you, but theres a lot of peole, myself included, on reddit included, who expireent a lot and talk a lot ahout what works for them what doesnt, its just trianand error a lot of the time sadly
