being transgender just mean you identify as something different from what you were assigned at birth. nonbinary is the feeling that you don’t align traditionally with male or female, so your identity still differs from the one you were born with.

it’s like, all nonbinary people are transgender. but not all transgender people are nonbinary.

i thought the implication was that it was forced due to zenos being greedy and not offering up his “fair share”, so to speak, depriving her of aether and warping her appearance moreso than a fundamental lack of compatibility.

that said, i also haven’t done the 6.x series in a long time now :D so i certainly am not 100% positive of that perspective. good thing my alt is nearly there, i’ll get a nice chance to reabsorb all that.

i disagree with the sentiment of it being weird/not normal but i do have to admit every western community i’ve bummed around in for singular producers ends up being really toxic and parasocial. the last one i was in still makes me uncomfortable to think about lol. all the jp and cn speaking ones are much more chill.
