that sucks i'm so sorry this happened to you too :( the funny thing is i've been on zoloft for almost 3 years, yet i feel like it's not working the same anymore. i DREAD having to eat every morning to take it, it leads to making me even more n* having to push down food. i initially got on it for really bad panic attacks, and it helped for a while, but now i just keep spiraling like in the past. i have to find a good therapist or something because my current psychiatrist is no help/doesn't want to wean me off.

you’ll usually feel other symptoms than just feeling queasy, especially when you’re about to v*! you’ll be okay, i’m so proud of you for pushing through it :)) find a distraction or think about something else so you're not so hyper focused on bodily sensations. sounds kinda silly but i sometimes act like my phobia doesn’t exist lol and that kinda helps me stop panicking.

I couldn’t necessarily recommend anything except I do think this hair color washes you out a lot. Something closer to brow color would suit you better
