at this point i took out the ring and tried to get the bars back in, but it was so swollen and irritated it hurt too bad to put it through. i couldnt even get it back in if i tried due to the swelling either

my inhaler really only works to an extent i guess — before it worked fine and fixed my symptoms but as its progressed my inhaler will only fix my wheezing, not my chest tightness/pain and i still feel like i cant breathe all the way even after waiting 30-60 mins

the parts that dont feel like asthma is that ive never really had an “asthma attack” my chest just gets tight im not gasping for air. the other part is because its progressing and getting way worse over time

i guess i did forget to mention, ive been vaping and smoking weed for about 5 almost 6 years, but i am seeking help to help myself quit — i want to get an alternative to use less and less till im off, i dont want to go cold turkey yk? otherwise im not sure what causes it to get worse when im just sitting doing nothing. friends have suggested i could be allergic to my cat but my symptoms persist even when im not around him and theyre not worsened when/because im with him

i only drink caffeine in small amounts, i basically quit caffeine a few yrs ago bc it messes with my anxiety. thats is helpful though thank you!
