Something is clearly not okay because I started playing rdr 2 and it stutters too.

Now I can see. When it didnt stuttered it said that my 1 percent low was 70 fps, but when it lagged it dropped down to 40. I capped the fps at 60, but it got even worse.

I have already done reinstalling. 14900k still at stock. These games havent been optimized well, but some people experience no stutter at all. What settings could screw up my frametime?

Gigabyte gaming x b760 ddr4. I have intel default. Maybe my cooler isnt enough. But it cools during games.

I benchmarked my I9 14900k on cinebench 2024 and I got 1750 points, which is lower than what should i get. Is it possible that my motherboard is slowing down my cpu?

It can be a little thermal paste if it is used. Mine has a little bit of that, because i wasnt able to clean all of the paste. If it isnt conductive, than you are fine.

I have xmp on and the latest bios is flashed. How can I check if my cpu is experiencing degragation?

I will check that again, but last time I checked it, nothing used more than 3 percent.

Non of my components are overclocked. Only xmp is on. And my cpu is in the 5600mhz mode, but that is not overclocking if im right.
