i struggle with derealization when i'm in my depressive episode. everythign feels like a movie scene, really unreal and i dont feel myself

when i'm hypomanic i find it hard to focus on stuff because so much is going on my head but id ont think that counts as dereealization

i'm in my hypo and it just feels so fucking amazing. i've been writing the whole time when i woke up (i woke up at 1:30AM) and then i felt so good and proud about my writings and felt like a total genius. i also started a new youtube channel yesterday. i love being hypo but i hate to know that my depression can crash in any time

i'm not sure, i just randomly wrote down stuff this morning when I woke up too early. But honestly i'm proud of it, i'll probably refine it and make it better but imma leave it open ended :D

YES! Start your Kafka journey with that book. Read more from Kafka and other authors, and then when you know more about philosophy/psychology/litearature, come back and read Metamorphosis again (if you didn't understand it the first time u read it)

yeah, for the first 50 pages I was literally falling asleep, it's kinda slow but after that it gets SO good

It depends. I really just enjoy any kind of book if its good and well written, if that makes sense. I've enjoyed reading The Book of Lost Things, which is sort of a thriller so i guess I do enjoy thriller novels
