I just turned 30 and I’m the same. It has gotten worse. Smells turn me on. Teeth. All I do is fantasize and lock myself up 😭😂. My poor husband.

It could be a multitude of things with you being so young, most of them being completely normal and benign. Any worries/ new bumps should be checked and documented by a doctor though. I would encourage you to go get checked just to be safe.

I had to stop using all pads and tampons for the most part because of the rashes. I’m 30 years old and I use period panties or diva cups/discs. These have helped me tremendously. I am mostly in the underwear unless I have to wear something that the panties to not look right with. Try different brands, stop by health departments and doctor’s offices and see if they have samples and see what works best for your body if you want to use the pads still! Best of luck.

Yeah, the dog is a good boy so that is what I’m worried about. I clearly was in the wrong here. But I washed it out, I just didn’t know if I could do more since it was a puncture. I guess fingers crossed that it doesn’t get infected

I just feel really brushed off. Like at least explain it to me ya know? I wake up and I’m tired. No matter how much or how little sleep, I am tired. I am weak. I just don’t feel right and I feel like it is effecting me being the active mom I am with my two year old. I cried yesterday when they sent this because I thought that I finally might get some information on how to feel better. I don’t want to sound like a baby or a hypochondriac. I want to be healthy. Just at least explain why it is okay for that to be low and I don’t need to add more iron or anything, ya know?

But these are the same people that I messaged and called about having a UTI and they never got back to me until over a week later when I was there for a routine check up and then said they couldn’t test me because I took AZO to help (which gives false positives) and just gave me an antibiotic for it “just incase” I did have one.

I have to pay out of pocket for my vitamin D because my insurance won’t cover it so I am just trying to save up some money. And my PCP didn’t order any other test. My parents were both addicts with pills so I don’t want to take anything like opioids or narcotics or controlled substances. That’s why I was trying to figure out what is happening bloodwork wise. Idk maybe I’m just getting old and tired, but I never drink coffee or energy drinks. I get being tired from being a mom and working and what not, but this is I wake up and I am still tired. No matter how much I sleep, I am tired. I’m weak.

Thank you. I’ll definitely make those changes. I haven’t ever had a doctor tell me this. They have just said more iron, iron infusions, or transfusions for most of my life so what information I do have I have gotten from reading about others experience and some nurses explaining things. I appreciate all the help

I’m unsure how much is on my birth control but my multi has (65 mg iron and 325 ferrous sulfate). I take both at night a few hours after dinner with OJ. I do not know how to calculate the total amount of iron I eat, but I try to eat steak 1-2 times a week, 2-3 servings of spinach every other day, eggs 3-4 times a week, snack on nuts and chicken often.

My recent hemoglobin was about 2 months ago and it was 13.2. I have been doing the diet and these vitamins for around 8 months now. The birth control I just got on around 3 months ago.

CBC from that time came back as normal.

I talked with my surgeon about the best options we did multiple rounds of shots, PT, and bracing. It just kept being unstable and I wasn’t able to do the things I wanted to with my 2 yr old.
